White wine pasta

Amazing!  This serves 2 1 cuo white wine 2 table spoons butter Some Red peoper slices  1 Brocoli head  Baby shitaje mushrooms 3 to 4 shallots Whole green or black olives  Basil leaves handful Grated cheese Pasta of choice, al dente with thr pasta water reserved 1. Add a little olive oil to skillet and add the wine and butter 2. Then add the onion  3. Then add all the vegetables  4. Add salt, pepper, cayenne pepper generously 5. Add the pasta  6. Add the basil leaves  Toss and cook Setve hot with grayed cheese on top.  Amazing!  For akshaya I used brown pasta Garlic with the onions And no mushrooms

ashwin's honey glaze sauce for chicken

1 tablespoon butter 2 cloves garlic minced  1 to 1.5 tbl spoon apple cider vinegar  1 tbl spoon soya sauce  1/3 cup raw honey  1. Mince garlic 2. Heat pan 3. Add butter till it melts 4. Add garlic. Stir 5. Add apple cider vinegar.  6. Add soya sauce 7. Add honey 8. Stir until combined let it simmer 9. If sauce too thick add a little water 10. Turn off heat 11. Add chicken glass bowl 12. Coat in honey glaze  13. Serve E.g with toastes sour bread bread with italian herbs,  mozzarella cheese and basil leaves 

eggless coffee cinnamon cake woth choc chips and walnuts

Base recipe: sharmis passion Doubled Ingredients 1 cup maida 1/2 brown rice flour  1 cup plain yogurt ¾ cup granulated brown sugar ½ teaspoon baking soda 1 ¼ teaspoon baking powder ½ cup cooking oil 1 ½ teaspoon vanilla essence 1 tablespoon milk (just for brushing the top) 1 expresso shot any ciffee flavours. I used strong purple and light choco brown Chia seeds Choc chips 1 tsp cinnamon powder Chopped walnuts, dry roasted Instructions 1. Cream sugar and curd until sugar completely dissolves completely.  2. Add baking powder, baking soda to the creamed mixture and mix well. Leave aside for 5 minutes and you can see the bubbles appearing.  3. Now add vanilla extract, cooking oil, coffee, cinnamon and mix well. 4. Next slowly add flour in portions at a time and blend with wet ingredients.  5. Beat well with a whisk until creamy and thick. 6. Fold in choc chips and chia seeds.  7.
