White wine pasta

Amazing! 

This serves 2

1 cuo white wine
2 table spoons butter
Some Red peoper slices 
1 Brocoli head 
Baby shitaje mushrooms
3 to 4 shallots
Whole green or black olives 
Basil leaves handful
Grated cheese
Pasta of choice, al dente with thr pasta water reserved


1. Add a little olive oil to skillet and add the wine and butter
2. Then add the onion 
3. Then add all the vegetables 
4. Add salt, pepper, cayenne pepper generously
5. Add the pasta 
6. Add the basil leaves 

Toss and cook
Setve hot with grayed cheese on top.
